In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Coordination by email info@simata.shop

 Shipping Fees

We offer free Standard shipping on orders over 50 euros.

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.

A third-party supplier handles our shipping and is responsible for delivering your order.

Your order will be crafted within 1-3 business days.
Estimated delivery timelines:
Up to 7 business days for EU countries.
Up to 14 business days for the rest of the world.
Delivery times can change based on your local postal service’s efficiency.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

We will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday – Friday.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays, Saturdays, and other public holidays.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

we are not responsible for any delayed delivery or any other issues after your order leaves us.

RETURNS

Due to the personalized nature of our jewelry, there is no possibility of return. Each piece is specially crafted to your specifications, making it unique to you.
